    Tell me about the item, quantity, design, placement and desired completion date.

    I’ll review the project and follow up with pricing, digitizing information and any item recommendations.

  • 3. APPROVE THE DESIGN

    You’ll approve the artwork, placement and order details before embroidery begins.

  • 4. PRODUCTION & PICKUP

    After approval and payment or deposit, your items are embroidered and prepared for pickup or shipping.

Embroidery Questions

CAN I BRING MY OWN ITEM?

Yes, in many cases. Customer-provided items must be clean and approved before drop-off. Some materials, seams, pockets, zippers or item constructions might not safely fit the embroidery machine.

WHAT IS DIGITIZING?

Digitizing converts a logo or design into stitch instructions for the embroidery machine. A one-time digitizing fee may apply to new artwork.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Minimums depend on the item and design. Many personal projects can be completed individually, while bulk pricing is based on quantity.

HOW LONG DOES EMBROIDERY TAKE?

Turnaround depends on the item, quantity, design complexity and current production schedule. Your completion date will be confirmed before the order begins.

CAN YOU EMBROIDER A SCHOOL, TEAM OR BUSINESS LOGO?

Yes, when you have permission to use the artwork. Logos must be reviewed and digitized before production.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE DROP-OFF DETAILS?

Drop-off instructions are provided after the project, item and preliminary pricing have been reviewed. Please don’t leave items without a confirmed appointment or order.
